Job Summary

Responsible for supplier management for base/preferred suppliers. Request For Quotation (RFQ), negotiation, contract management. Analysis of suppliers, competition, benchmark, spend etc. Responsible for supplier management in line with strategy, process and KPIs for assigned suppliers.


 

What you will do

  • Develop and maintains strong stakeholder management relationships. Communicates results and acts as a proactive Business Partner.
  • Identify suppliers, drive sourcing and contracting based on business needs in line with supplier management strategies.
  • Drive compliance to category strategy, supplier base plan, supplier management processes, contracts and best practices.
  • To be the representative of Procurement in factory for all kinds of audit (external or internal)
  • Ensures correct usage of relevant tools.
  • Shares good practices and facilitate networking on site.
  • Participates in target setting, follow up and corrective action.

We believe you have

  • 5+ years in sourcing contracting and supplier base management, procurement experience on MRO or equipment for factory operation.
  • Open minded and good learner.
  • Good communication and negotiation skill.
  • English skill as working language – listening, speaking and writing.
  • Preferred to have experience of Ariba or SAP.
