Process Project Leader

We are looking for Process Project Leader, who will be responsible for implementation of tailor-made technical solutions in accordance with Tetra Pak's strategy, standards and guidelines. Tools and methods for process engineering and design of plant functionality are available, the implementation of the tasks in good quality and compliance with the budget are in your hands. An understanding of customer needs and their implementation in business opportunities is a matter of course for you.

You will be based in Glinde, Germany.

What You Will Do

As Process Project Leader you will be responsible for:

  • Process leading in various scale (L1-L3) projects,
  • Technical coordination and lead technical discussions with customers and suppliers,
  • Detail engineering, dimensioning and selection of components, modules and complete plants,
  • Creation of planning / engineering documents for suppliers,
  • Ongoing reviews during (Design Qualification, Installation Qualification, Operation Qualification, Performance Qualification),
  • Creation of engineering documents according to Tetra Pak Standards (P&IDs, PFD, HRA, SRA),
  • Responsible for software / equipment FAT (internal and external),
  • Specialist for Design / Technical reviews during Pre-Projects and Implementation ,
  • Apply Tetra Pak standard processes and tools,
  • Securing use of Tetra Pak standard flow components,
  • Specialist and speaking partner for Tetra Pak standard flow components,
  • Process projects Team follows Tetra Pak standards according UCCD,
  • Ambassador for Tetra Pak Products and making the difference for the customers in comparison to the competition.

Who You Are

We believe you have:

  • Successfully completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar,
  • 8+ years of professional experience in mechanical and plant engineering,
  • Fluent in German, very good spoken and written English skills,
  • Knowledge of the production of food including production scenarios and production requirements is an advantage,
  • Focus on very good communication within the project team 
  • Logical thinking, methodical and committed way of working when working on tasks 
  • A feel for the needs of customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow processes

  • Good handling of a high workload and good goal and result orientation 
  • Personal initiative, high flexibility and personal motivation.
