Job Summary
We are looking for a Planning & Account Management Manager to join our Sales Management and Customer Support team. In this role you will be an expert in global Customer Management (CM) process(es), being responsible for process compliance, performance and improvement across the organization. Lead definition of requirements related to process, people competences & tools. Support the organization in people, process and tools assessments as well as competence development within CM area.
The preffered location for this role is Hochheim, Germany but you can also be based in any of the following locations:
- Lund, Sweden
- Utrecht, Netherlands
- London, United Kingdom.
Tetra Pak is not supporting relocation or work visa for this position.
What you will do
- Drives cross functional alignment on CM process design, CM related tools requirements and requirements on people competences
- Supports inside sales implementation and deployment globally, developing strategies and action plans, tracking progress and achievement of defined targets to drive the business growth
- Drives CM process: tools deployment, leveraging on digital platforms and tools, continuous improvement on the global level
- Monitors process compliance, performance, process: business KPIs from global perspective
- Leads, motivates and ensures engagement of the process drivers and inside sales network globally
- Monitoring sales performance metrics, analyzing data, and providing feedback to team members as well as overseeing the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are properly qualified, followed up on, and closed
- Delivers CM related competence development programs in co-operation with Tetra Pak Academy
- Supports front line organization in reaching desired process maturities
- Provides regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and progress
- Working closely with other departments, such as marketing and product management, to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness
We believe you have
- Graduation and post-graduation on Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Engineering
- Language skills – fluent in English
- Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of success in inside sales implementation and deployment
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, digital sales tools and remote sales channels as well as market trends
- Collaboration – expertly demonstrated;
- Process knowledge at good level
- Direct customer experience preferably at MC level
- Basic knowledge of OF processes linked to CM
