Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in Hochheim. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated student to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR activities in an international business environment.

This is an internship based in Hochheim, Germany.

What you will do

As part of the HR team, you will support daily HR operations and contribute to ongoing projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the preparation of employment contracts, certificates, and other HR documentation
  • Creating HR statistics, reports, and data analyses
  • Independently supporting and coordinating HR-related projects
  • Assisting with recruitment and candidate management activities
  • Supporting the planning and organization of apprenticeship and trainee programs
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team

We believe you have

  • Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field, preferably with a focus on HR
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A keen interest in Human Resources and people-related topics
  • A structured and organized way of working
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
