Job Summary

 

Competent in Services Solutions scope and strategy.  Responsible to Lead Sales Support that require portfolio knowledge and support deployment of Market Operational plans. Support Market Operations with complete portfolio scope identifies opportunities for improvement. 

What you will do

As our Solutions Sales Support Specialist you will;

 

  • Drive activities and support market(s) needs according to the Market Operational Plan, in collaboration with Market Operations Portfolio team and Services organization, to grow and protect the Services Solutions business.  Support implementation of Service Solutions listed in the 3-Year Plan. Proactively identifies, analyses and conveys opportunities for business growth to Market Operations and within Services Solution team at global/regional and market level.
  • Lead Sales support during sales process providing value proposition and customer presentations according to a pre-defined scope of offering aligned to customer’s needs and secure that the offerings are fully compliant and aligned to corporate guidelines and framework, i.e. pricing guidelines, commercial terms, legal agreements and ensure alignment to global standards.  Provide guidance to the team in defining technical scope, financial content/expertise, corporate guidelines when quoting complex solutions.  Follow up with sales throughout the process by tracking open proposals and recommendations to capture new business. 
  • Supports Market Operations with complete portfolio scope, identifies opportunities for improvement, implements continuous improvements for the sales support team to increase quality and productivity in the delivery of sales support. 
  • Lead Services Solutions portfolio promotion in collaboration with Product Specialists and Product Manager (Key service category & portfolio stakeholders) during seminars, workshops, sales material customization, customer visits and customer presentations together with market sales responsible.
  • Support SLM process for product development, local adaptation and deployment.
  • Lead alignment and effective communication with the involved stakeholders internally (Services and Market Operations) and with external suppliers on both operational level and business development level to successfully implement the offered solution. 
  • Responsible for co-ordination and deployment of training/workshops about services product/processes to sales and delivery organizations to secure flawless implementation, contributes to process improvements and provides input on policy development. Provide occasional support to Sales Support Manager.
  • Follow up and analyze business results, lead yearly pricing margin analysis and simulation for markets, identify/propose actions required to fulfill annual growth and profitability targets
  • Govern contract creation in SAP by ensuring correct allocation of revenue across categories according to scope of supply, regular follow-up with markets to ensure contracts are on track according to what was budgeted. Secure that legal and commercial policies are being followed in the quotations, control signed and pending documents and support the sales team in audits

We believe you have

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree would be a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales support, market operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing and implementing service solutions.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working with global/regional markets.
  • Ability to identify and act on opportunities for business growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, value proposition creation, and customer presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
