Job Summary
Tetra Pak is looking for a Sales Manager TRC who will drive profitable growth of the Tetra Recart business mainly in Vietnam with potential support across EMEA by winning new customers and maximizing sales performance of existing ones. The role combines new business development, strategic sales planning, and active customer sales management end‑to‑end.
Location: Any Tetra Pak office in Vietnam | Travel up to 50%
What you will do
As a Sales Manager TRC, you will:
- New Business Growth
- Map and segment the can‑food and ready‑meal market; build a focused prospection pipeline.
- Develop and sell clear value propositions for TRC, converting prospects into customers.
- Lead full sales cycle for new TRC opportunities.
- Sales Management – Existing Customers
- Own TRC sales performance for existing customers in collaboration with Key Account Managers.
- Drive volume, margin, and portfolio penetration growth through customer sales plans.
- Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities.
- Strategy & Sales Execution
- Develop and execute the TRC business and sales plan (strategy, pricing, portfolio, capabilities).
- Act as TRC commercial lead in CE sales and Installation‑to‑Performance processes.
- Ensure strong alignment with local markets and global TRC, Processing, Services, and Marketing teams.
- Customer Value & Performance
- Support customers during start‑up and ramp‑up, ensuring performance, utilization, and value delivery.
- Provide structured market and customer feedback to portfolio and business intelligence teams.
We believe you have
- 6+ years in sales / business development with proven success in new business and account growth.
- Strong understanding of food & ready‑meal markets and processing/packaging solutions.
- Value‑based seller with strategic mindset and strong execution focus.
- Fluent English; strong stakeholder and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
