Job Summary
We are looking for a Resource Planner who will lead the resource planning activities in a large planning area or across several planning areas to ensure delivery of high quality services, resulting in high level of satisfaction of internal stakeholders and customers, in a timely manner and at the right cost.
You will be based in Ho Chi Minh city and report to Resource Planning Leader.
What you will do
As a Resource Planner, you will:
- Execute resource planning and scheduling of the Field Force, MRKs and solution kit for a defined area with consistent application, full transparency for all involved stakeholders with 1 year horizon, in a timely manner.
- Together with Resource Planning Leader, participate in the analysis of short- and mid-term capacity constraints (over or under capacity), and coordinate capacity adjustment actions to ensure resource allocated first time right.
- Participate in resource capacity coordination with other planning areas, in a collaboration with relevant functional networks and approved subcontractor companies to ensure the right competence and facilities are available at the right time and at the right cost.
- Escalate resource prioritization conflicts to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Be creative and supportive in the use of methodologies and tools aiming for continuous Improvement on planning processes (FSM, SAP)
- Participate in deploying visual management and KPIs for planning & scheduling
- Participate actively of internal meetings, related to resources
- Deliver specific training, referring to planning processes and planning tools to stakeholders
- Backup Team in other areas of the cluster, if planning support is needed
We believe you have
We believe you have:
- Minimum 3 years resource planning experience, across boundaries and managing teams is preferred
- Basic negotiation skills
- Strong productivity focus
- Proven record of process implementation, discipline and organizational agility
- Strong continuous improvement focus
- Demonstrated in Leadership Elements: Change, Collaborate and Perform
- Good at English communication
