Job Summary

Tetra Pak is looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for delivering an integrated customer marketing approach including products and services deployment plan with assigned customers, leading planning and execution through key account teams. You will define business opportunities for market / customer based on consolidating and analyzing broad set of market data, deploy marketing services program as suitable per customer, ensure voice of markets and manages Promotional investment budget. In addition, this role is also responsible for setting and driving global standards for customer visit management and PDC/CIC responsibilities at Bloom. Center and ensure to deliver total customer experience within the Bloom. Center facilities. 
This is permanent position, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and required frequent travelling to Binh Duong where Bloom. Center is located or other travels for business purpose.

 

What you will do

As a Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Strong contributor to the development of the Market Business Plan based on analysis of market intelligence covering the entire value chain in identified priority categories.
  • Define, develop and deliver customer marketing initiatives aligned with the cluster growth strategy in close collaboration with KAM teams.  
  • Deliver marketing services for assigned customers drawing materials and methodologies from organization.  
  • Analyze and use research data with customers. Provide input to application of market and business intelligence to market company opportunities
  • Manage Promotional Investment and programs for assigned customers
  • Drive new product development based on value chain needs in key categories
  • Be responsible for Bloom. center facilities and lead a team of customer visit coordinator/s to drive continuous improvement programs to visits processes and tools, including overseeing the operational activities at Bloom. visit facilities and engage with a network of other PDCs/CICs in Tetra Pak.
  • Develop partnerships with senior management and SMEs. Maintain relationships with internal and external users including actively participate in F&B industry associations
  • Set metrics and KPIs to monitor effectiveness and business performance / impact of visits/trials.

We believe you have

  • Min 6 years of Marketing/Commercial/Trade Marketing Experience in a B2B or FMCG company in relevant industry with people management experience and multi-cultural exposure.
  • Customer facing skills are paramount for maximizing the relationship part of the role. A skills set of Customer service, Marketing or Sales background Planning experience and Process Orientated Customer Centric Company knowledge of products and services will also be an advantage.
