Job Summary

Tetra Pak is looking for Accounting Manager Vietnam who will manage Accounting and Control activities for two legal entities (Market Company & Converting factory)

You will manage the relevant accounting processes (RTR/PTP/OTC/local) for multiple entities to meet internal and external reporting needs, in accordance with Group business control framework, global processes and requirements as well as be responsible to apply the group standards in consideration of local/statutory reporting requirements.

This is permanent role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam reporting to Director Finance Hub in India

What you will do

As an Accounting Manager Vietnam, you will:

  • Monitor and Control Trail Balance 
  • Execute activities to meet group, local and statutory reporting needs
  • Prepare and monitor key month end reconciliation statements (schedules) for control purposes
  • Review and authorize Journal vouchers
  • Preparation of Statutory Financial Statements 
  • Responsible for Statutory audit, Group audit and internal audit
  • Local Process Driver for Finance & Control process (adopt global processes and related improvements)
  • Execute continuous improvements/PSM methodologies and deliver improvements
  • Lead and support transition from SAP ECC platform to S4HANA
     

We believe you have

  • Qualified Accountant (CPA) / Public Accountant of Vietnam
  • Fluency in English
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience 
  • Knowledge of IFRS / Local GAAP
  • Strong personal drive, an ability to make things happen
  • Problem solving
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Good communicator and collaborator
