Sparepart & Maintenance coordinator

Job Summary

To join our Maintenance department at Tetra Pak Inventing in Hjørring, we are looking for a Sparepart & Maintenance coordinator to become a key contributor to our factory's operation and performance.

Tetra Pak Inventing A/S is a highly specialized factory that produces sealing strips for Tetra Pak packaging. The factory has fully automated production lines, associated robots, a SCADA system, and a catox catalyst plant for environmental protection. We are ISO 9001/14001/45001, FDA and BRCGS certified, and the factory's maintenance and project management are defined through our World Class Manufacturing standards. We are 55 employees in Hjørring.

The position is based in Hjørring, Denmark.

The legal entity is DK-Tetra Pak Inventing A/S.

What you will do

You will report to our Maintenance Manager and be a part of the maintenance team with electricians, mechanics, and engineers. In the Maintenance Team we are 7 colleagues. You will also collaborate and benchmark with other maintenance organizations within the Tetra Pak Group.

You will be involved in various tasks with your own responsibilities:

• Purchase and registration of spare parts.
• Creation and maintenance of spare parts master data.
• Key person in the creation and maintenance of SAP Plant Maintenance.
• Coordination of continuous maintenance tasks.
• Work closely and proactively with critical stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Collaborate and benchmark with other Tetra Pak factories.

We believe you have

• Experience as a spare parts buyer / coordinator from a previous job, preferably in a manufacturing company. You have technical flair and understanding and can read technical documentation.
• An analytical, structured approach and experience with ERP systems at super user level. You also have experience with analyzing and mapping spare parts inventory.

Essential interpersonal & other skills:

• Experience with order processing, inventory management and coordination.
• Proficiency in Danish and English is required, both in speaking and writing.
•  Advanced IT Skills with Office 395, SAP or another ERP system.
• General knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering.
• The ability to work individually and in teams.
• Result oriented, adaptive to changes, and open-minded.
• High level of structure and tidiness in everything you do.
• You are decisive, persistent, and able to handle challenges in a constructive manner.
