Sales support - Maintenance specialist


Tetra Pak® Services is driving the after-sales business for spare parts and upgrades, for all ice cream equipment sold from Tetra Pak. We have a high focus on our customer needs and provide total solutions for maintenance and service.

We are looking for a colleague with wide technical insight into Tetra Pak® Ice Cream machines. You become a Sales support - Maintenance specialist in Tetra Pak® Services, after thorough training in the business of Tetra Pak® Services.
Maintenance recommendations with close monitoring.

The main purpose of the job is to act as liaison between the technical officer in Technical Documentation and Tetra Pak® Services. In addition to that, Market Companies feedback will be added later.
The position is based in Aarhus, Denmark and involves approx. 10% of traveling.


What you will do:

You will be a key player in making and improving the maintenance recommendation (task lists) and the maintenance strategies we craft for our customers.

  • Create foundation for Service Agreements by making good recommendations (Task List)
  • Support in the implementation of overall strategic plan for maintenance and parts services through service agreements and start up solution.
  • Support markets to quote and sell as well as coach delivery (for the more complex offerings)
  • Monitor consumptions of parts to make better recommendations in service agreement profitability and performance.
  • Ensure process compliance and efficient utilisation of global tools.
  • Participate in service agreement globally.
  • Make improvement of maintenance recommendations
  • Benchmark share success stories and best practices.
  • Secure all parts to be in SAP for service agreements.
  • Calculate cost of ownership for machines.


Who you are:

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in Ice Cream business and you have solid experience with Tetra Pak Ice Cream machines, production lines and maintenance projects. 
  • We imagine that you have maintenance education - manual craft skills or an engineering background that enables you to give maintenance advice. 
  • You master English and Danish verbally and in writing and you have good IT skills as IT is a daily work tool. 
  • You are technically well-founded and easily build relationships. With purpose and perseverance, you enjoy finding even the smallest optimization opportunity. 
  • With a positive and flexible mindset, people see you as a service-oriented person. Your communication skills in speech and writing are good giving you a fruitful dialogue with in-house business partners and the market companies. You thrive in hectic and sometimes chaotic situations, but despite that, you work with your tasks in a structured way.
