World Class Management (WCM) Leader 


This is an exciting opportunity to introduce and drive WCM implementation in the Capital Equipment team. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring WCM Drivers in implementing WCM projects in the region. In addition, you will implement your own WCM projects spanning the entire region or even other project centers across the globe.
Primarily focused on a specific region, you will be working as part of an exciting global team.


  • Leads World Class Management (WCM) implementation, concept and development within the Capital Equipment team.
  • Manage teams or networks indirectly.
  • Accountable for the WCM execution within the assigned Capital Equipment Project Centers.

We are looking for an individual contributor who will be a mentor and coach for the team.

The position can be based in any location within the E&CA, GME&A and SAEA&O global regions.   
You will be travelling up to 25% of your time to our customer sites 

What you will do 


As a World Class Management Leader, you will: 


  • Promote innovative operational solutions
  • Contribute to the Capital Equipment Projects Dashboard
  • Contribute to the Capital Equipment WCM capability- planning and execution
  • Support application of DMS within the Project Centers
  • Consolidate performance indicator dashboard
  • Member of WCM Management team


About our Capital Equipment team


The Capital Equipment team focus on delivering major capital equipment projects to our customers throughout the region.

We believe you have 


  • Master or equivalent in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration 
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in WCM / TPM. 
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodology is beneficial. 
  • Proven track record of implementing and driving WCM. 
  • High level of effective strategy deployment, development & stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong communication skills, change management, stakeholder and conflict management skills
