Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Sales Support Specialist who will be responsible for our back-office activities related support our Market in request to our Powder Equipment and Spare Parts Business in Services Organization, which also includes offering quality service with innovative solutions including all Services Categories to drive customer satisfaction. Overall responsibility for Maintenance and Spare parts activities in all respects i.e. cost, time, quality, and scope of obligations. 
 
In this you will be based in Heerenveen, Netherlands.

What you will do

Main tasks and responsibilities:
 

  • Manage Spare Parts inquiries/queries (search and upload of requested/identified spare parts into system)
  • Work with requests for DoCp for spare parts.
  • Regular work with pricing for spare parts (contract with Lund).
  • Offer and Constract preparation for Services.
  • Cooperation and support for colleagues with Queries from other locations (mainly NL) as support for colleagues from Upgrade team. 
  • Handling and managing of Services projects in SAP.
  • Ensure our customers are satisfied and act when needed to make things right.
  • Build up relationships with your partners in Market organizations to continually develop knowledge, skills, and confidence, while holding the team accountable for performance 
  • Provide support to secure fast issue resolution and appropriate communication.
     

We believe you have

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical processing engineering
  • Fluent in English language and Dutch language is a must.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the food industry
  • Understanding and reading of technical documentation/manuals
  • Work in Microsoft Office, SAP (basic work in ProEdims, Inventor, AutoCad, Vault is an advantage)
