Job Summary

Process responsibility for BU BPU and Line order projects in all respects i.e. cost, time, quality and scope of obligations. To manage the process design within the framework of the budget, time schedule, quality and scope, contributing to the overall sales result and customer satisfaction.

What you will do

  • Deliver process design specification and drawings on complex and customized BPUs and lines
  • Take lead and provide excellent support in process design area to other areas like sales, Issue resolution, PLC and PC.
  • Pro-actively communicate with order team on status and changes i orders.
  • Breakdown and plan the project into phases and fulfill the plan and project milestones in time and in full according to budget.
  • Drive productivity in project through utilization of re-useable solutions, std component list and processes
  • Manage scope changes and propose variation orders (VO´s).
  • Develop and improve processes, templates and tools.
  • Act as a mentor and train others

We believe you have

  • 5-7 years (Full time) as Engineer or similar depending on background education.
  • Demonstrate excellent technical skills, good knowledge in installation needs and customer operations at site.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of Process technology
  • Excellent knowledge and be part of developing necessary standards, guidelines, tools and methods for Process design.
  • Good understanding of product portfolio and its functionality.
