Job Summary
We are recruiting for an Issue Resolution Expert Cheese colleague, to secure swift, systematic, and effective solving of customer issues in the Business stream.
The position is based in Heerenveen, Netherlands, optionally it can be based also in Olsztyn (PL) or in Winsted (US)
What you will do
- Secure swift, systematic, and effective resolution of customer issues in a prioritized order to increase customer satisfaction and repeat orders.
- Manage and involve business stream management and key stakeholders in prioritizing top issues and providing performance information.
- Drive and promote capability development in fact-based problem-solving.
- Support continuous improvement and learning by actively assisting and following up on reported issues.
- Ensure learnings from customer issues lead to a more robust portfolio and prevent similar issues.
In collaboration with the Manager of the Top Issue Resolutions Team, you will:
- Lead the issue resolution process, prioritize escalated issues, and manage communication.
- Lead the prioritization process through regular meetings, including reporting and follow-up.
- Suggest areas of improvement to the Quality Manager or other relevant areas.
- Maintain and support business stream systems.
- Handle claims and provide process support.
- Support capability development within robust solutions design.
- Transform learnings from issue resolution into preventive quality initiatives.
- Strive to fulfil or improve annual agreed individual objectives.
- Provide feedback to other departments to ensure continuous learning.
We believe you have
- Insight into food processing and products.
- Experience with problem-solving methodologies such as 8D or similar.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
- Training and coaching capabilities with strong communication skills.
- A service and business-minded team player attitude.
- 1-5 years of experience in food production or related fields.
- 1-5 years of experience with ISO or other relevant quality management systems.
- An engineering or food process specialist degree.
- Personal drive, flexibility, and persistence.
- Analytical and systematic thinking.
- A business-minded and result-oriented approach.
- Pragmatic approach and strong convincing skills
