Functional Reporting Line: Finance Director

The main purpose of the role is to:
We are seeking a Business Controller to actively support books closings in the area of accrual basis and matching concept, assure correct reporting of entity results, provide insights & clarifications to support business decision-making. Work independently within established procedures and practices.

What you will do

Main tasks and activities:
1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Updating various reports
- Running checks against trial balances and sales data.
- Providing analysis of actual results.
2. Accruals and adjustments:
- Determining accruals
- Reclassifying and adjusting costs across cost centres.
3. Budgeting and Assessments:
- Assisting in the budget process.
- Reviewing, updating, and adding assessments according to budget.
- Ensuring alignment of partial budgets with the total site budget.
4. Process Optimization and Documentation:
- Supporting audit processes.
- Ensuring alignment of financial changes with business functions (e.g. project managers)
5. Communication and Support:
- Supporting other functions with financial information understanding
- Sending reminders to employees/contractors/managers if necessary
- Facilitating non-finance stakeholders' adherence to ERP protocols for accurate financial transactions.

We believe you have

Requirements:
1. University or bachelor degree in accounting or finance, with 1 - 3 years of experience in profession ideally
2. Good communication in English
3. Open minded and pro-active attitude, eager to learn
4. Good level of MS Office, especially Excel
5. Strong analytical skills
6. Ability to perform and deliver accurate and timely results
