Job Summary

What you will do

 

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will:
 

  • Manage the Supply Chain of your assigned account/s to ensure the delivery of the expected service level and customer experience

  • Continuously review and improve your customers Supply Chain process to advance their overall business

  • Ensure timely communication and feedback to customers on all issues affecting / impacting their business from a supply chain perspective

  • Liaise with customers stakeholders to ensure projects and deliveries are carried out in a timely manner

  • Liaise with internal Key Account teams and other internal stakeholders managing feedback regarding supply chain issues

  • Build solid intra company relationships locally and overseas

  • Effectively manage projects for new and amended SKU for customers to ensure best possible print results

  • Manage S&OP involvement to secure accurate forecasting

  • Customer inventory management to enhance customer experience for your assigned account/s

  • Proactive participate in Key Account teams to ensure customer projects are successful

  • Manage Master data to secure correct order management in SAP to ensure correct designs are ordered and deliver

We believe you have

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, S&OP, logistics, or customer-facing operational roles.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proactive with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in SAP for managing invoices and purchase orders.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and positive team player.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred, but not essential.
  • Willingness to travel quarterly to customer sites.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
