Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Engineer, who will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and service works, troubleshooting on Tetra Pak system as A3/Speed, A3/Flex and Speed DEs. Able to connect on Rockwell PLCs for fault finding and Analyse PLMS data to keep up machine’s performances
What you will do
As a Service Engineer, you will:
- Be willing to work on shift 4on/4off, 12hrs a day, working shift mixture of 2 days and 2nights on production support on Tetra Pak machines.
- Be willing to take a diverse approach with equipment
- Apply systematic troubleshooting using PSM to solve and eradicate faced technical issues.
- Proactively Analyze PLMS and work with stakeholders to keep the line at high performance and prevent breakdowns.
- Perform routine service activities
- Perform occasional installation & machine assembly.
- Participate in the installation of relevant rebuilding/upgrade kits
- Inform relevant colleagues in a timely manner about Technical Issues you have discovered
- Inform relevant team mates about ongoing service activities as well as of any issues affecting our customers or the quality of our service.
- Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak at all times, ensuring good working relationships with the customer and your colleagues and ensure our reputation is sustained
- Complete all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements, and in accordance with Tetra Pak standards and requirements regarding product quality and food safety. Escalate all discovered food safety, quality assurance and regulatory issues.
- Comply with all reporting requirements & maintain your understanding of all relevant technical documentation.
- Conduct relevant customer training.
- Deliver on KPI’s that focus on productivity, customer satisfaction, and contribute to our maintenance work sales margin and growth.
We believe you have
- Proven experience in maintenance and/or repair work on TP machines.
- A professional approach to your duties, and take responsibility for service delivery
- A willingness to learn & an interest to forge a challenging career in service delivery
- Self motivation with a ‘can do’ attitude when taking on day-to-day challenges
- The ability to coach & mentor more junior colleagues, when needed
- Food manufacturing industry experience would be an advantage
- Experience in customer facing discussions & leading teams would be an advantage
