This role can be based either in Melbourne Australia OR Hamilton New Zealand.

What you will do

As our Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in project execution, delivering exceptional results and delivering on our customers needs. Here's an overview of your responsibilities: 

 

  • Provide passionate and precise project leadership, setting high standards for excellence.
  • Plan and execute projects efficiently, leveraging global solutions, processes, and tools to enhance productivity.
  • Address internal and external scope changes and issues adeptly, maintaining transparent communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders locally and globally, fostering strong relationships and driving successful project outcomes.

We believe you have

We're looking for individuals who possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in Engineering project management across various industries and project types.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex political and cultural environments. 
  • An Engineering University degree or equivalent is preferred, complemented by a solid understanding of Project Management fundamentals.
  • Preferred experience in the Dairy and Food Industry, with an interest or capability in exploring new growth areas like sustainability, wastewater, and plant-based products.
