Key Components Sales Engineer

Main Purpose of the Job

Drive sustainable profitable growth in target accounts according to agreed strategies and plans, driving world-class key account management.
Relentlessly pursue business development opportunities from start through to signed agreement.

Key Outputs and Measurements

Category and Account Growth, Order intake & Technical Sales & Service(TS&S) Sales, Margins  Customer share, Customer Satisfaction , Portfolio deployment

Key Relationships

External: Engage & convince external parties who are skeptical or unwilling to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches, e.g. KAs

Internal: Convince colleagues within the organization to accept complete proposals and programs where all parties are willing participants, e.g. Packaging KAM,  Projects responsible, TS&S responsible, Finance responsible

Key Responsibilities

1. Drives mutual sustainable growth for both New Sales and TS&S by driving a cross-functional team to build strong customer relationships while identifying and capturing short, medium and long term business opportunities.
2. Coordinates cross functional activities, follow up from sales and project closing as sales/project owner .
3. Drives improved understanding of the customer’s overall business (marketplace, channel, competitive environment, strategy, productivity and profitability).
4. Develops and drives the execution of customer plans aligned to Tetra Pak’s and the customer’s business objectives.
5. Drives Customer Satisfaction and Partnership improvements for the responsible customers
6. Work closely with Engineering department to ensure the project implementation successfully
7. Ensures that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, and the resolution is accepted by the customer.

Critical Experience

 7+ years in the Role and knowledge of: - Food Processing Business - Sales Management

- Experience in dairy, food, or beverage preferred. Pharmaceutical background will be considered.

Minimum Education

University Degree Preferred technical, engineering discipline

Residency Status

Candidates with local residency/ citizenship/ working rights already in place, will be preferred.
