Our Services Organization is growing at a high pace, that’s why we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Engineers to join our team in Belgium.


As a Service Engineer, you will be a part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for delivering technical products and support to our customers by providing preventive maintenance and technical services.
You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company’s reputation for commitment and service worldwide. That’s why we consider this role to be of great importance.

What you will do

As Service Engineer, you will:
•    Install, commission, and maintain our Processing equipment at our customers’ sites also preparing customer sites for installation events.
•    Execute preventive maintenance activities in line with global Tetra Pak standard procedures.
•    Work with complex equipment and use the latest automation technology at customer sites.
•    Ensure Tetra Pak quality to customers to secure customer satisfaction.
•    Escalation of all discovered food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory issues.
•    Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak at all times and execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements.
 

We believe you have

•    Technical education in mechanical engineering with basic electrical skills
•    Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in maintenance and/or service work. Experience on rotating equipment  (mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance)  in an industrial environment
•    Proficiency level in English and Dutch language knowledge in word and writing
•    Automation skills, i.e. PLCs, industrial software knowledge.
•    You will travel 80 % of the time by car, within the country as well as abroad – therefore you will need a Class B driving license
