Our Services Organization is growing at a high pace, that’s why we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Engineers to join our team in Belgium.

 

As a Service Engineer, you will be a part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for delivering technical products and support to our customers by providing preventive maintenance and technical services.

You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company’s reputation for commitment and service worldwide. That’s why we consider this role to be of great importance.

 

Locations Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium or Utrecht, Netherlands

What you will do

Travel to customer sites to:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations
  • Analyze technical issues and escalate when needed using standard operating processes
  • Train customer operators and support production efficiency
  • Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development
  • Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards
  • Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment
  • Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team

We believe you have

  • Up to 3 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation roles
  • Education in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering
  • Strong mechanical /electrical/automation knowledge; example PLC’s
  • A valid Category B driver’s license is required
  • Expect regular travel to customer locations within the Benelux region on a daily basis
  • Intermediate level of English (written and verbal) Dutch is a plus
