Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, who will be part of a highly skilled and professional team of project managers that strongly contributes to the overall successful management of multidiscipline teams. 
The ideal candidate will focus on accomplishing the targets and assure each project phase is completed on time, within budget and to the customers’ satisfaction. 
The level and the nature of the interactions can vary according to the stakeholders and their level of influence, as defined in the project communication plan. Project Stakeholders include: The project sponsor, customers, users, sellers, business partners, functional managers and business unit responsible.  
This position will report to the France and Benelux PMO Team Leader. 
This position is located in Groot-Bijgaarden (Belgium).

What you will do

•    Manage large implementation projects on customer sites, covering various scopes within Tetra Pak portfolio (processing and packaging).
•    Overall responsibility for project execution and providing project leadership to deliver project results (Delivery on-time; on budget, with a quality system, and achieve customer satisfaction.) 
•    Secure project deliverables according to the project agreement (the contract) and act according to responsibilities of the project charter
•    Breakdown and plan the project into phases and fulfil the plan and project milestones in time and in full according to budget
•    Drive productivity in projects through the utilization of global re-useable solutions, processes and tools including quality, project governance, and risk management
•    Manage scope changes and issue variation orders
•    Secure project communication and documentation according to project communication plan
•    Provide lesson learned and providing input to improvement or development of processes and tools
•    Provide sales support by giving technical and/or commercial presentation;
•    Provide issue management and claim resolution related to projects;
•    Manage project team and provide feedback to Senior Management on team member performance;
•    Participate in project review and/or board meetings;
•    Continuous education in Project Management with the expectation to obtain or maintain PMP certification;

We believe you have

•    Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Food Science preferred 
•    PMI certification is required
•    At least 3 years Project Management experience
•    Proven experience in the food industry, sanitary facilities, dairy, powdered milk
•    Demonstrable leadership skills and communication skills
•    Negotiations skills and capability to maneuver through political and cultural situations effectively
•    Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project; SAP; Basic AutoCAD Skills
•    Experience with budgeting, fiscal management and project planning
•    Very good command of the written and spoken English language
•    Business fluency in Dutch and in French / Business fluency in  French
•    Good Managerial skills
•    Ability to manage projects autonomously.
•    Good awareness of customer needs 
•    Ability to work well under pressure
•    Good analytical and communication skills
•    Willing to travel (Up to 50% in Benelux and France area)
