Job Summary

 

Ensure first-time right CSO service delivery to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations by leveraging consistent quality methods and tools for continuous improvement.

This role can be based either in Gotemba or Tokyo office.
This role will be reporting to a remote manager based outside of Japan.

What you will do

 

As our Service Delivery Quality Manager, you will

 

  • Be part of the customer quality strategy to understand, influence, and demonstrate fulfillment of customer expectations.
  • Drive improvement actions with relevant stakeholders, based on quality analyses, ensuring timely and complete implementation.
  • Enforce proactive measures to prevent quality delivery issues from Service Request to Invoice.
  • Identify and leverage success cases to expand best practices replication.
  • Lead continuous improvement of maintenance activities to enhance system performance post-maintenance (PRAM) and ensure first-time right execution in the field with NCSO and CSO teams.
  • Follow up on CX Preventive Maintenance and analyze customer feedback to promote a quality and repeatable positive experience.
  • Implement improvement actions and incorporate lessons learned in PRAM, PTU, CX, and other areas to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage Part Control Premium (PCP): Oversee the consignment store and stock management, ensuring accurate analysis and maintenance of stock levels in accordance with contract budgets. This includes monitoring inventory, conducting regular audits, and implementing strategies to optimize stock usage and minimize costs.
  • This role will support Service Delivery Quality responsibilities within Japan & Korea and beyond J&K as part of the regional exposure opportunity.

We believe you have

 

  • Minimum Technical qualification from undergraduate degree.
  • Preferably good Maintenance execution knowledge with some Continuous Improvements and Problem Solving Methodology knowledge.
  • Strong data analytical skill that will drive fact-based Continuous Improvements to achieve desired targets. 
  • You like challenges and must be a problem-solver!
  • Good leadership maturity, especially collaboration with stakeholders without authority and yet able to influence and lead the stakeholders towards performance achievement.
  • Good command both English and Japanese.
