Job Summary

We are looking for someone who can perform routine checks, apply quality parameters and methods, analyze data, and suggest ways to improve end quality. The role involves controlling and improving quality-related processes, analyzing quality measurement results, and proposing improvement actions.

What you will do

As our new QC Technician you will :

  • Execute barrier equipment calibration
  • Lead improvement teams
  • Provide trainings and develop newcomers
  • Build daily prioritisation base on production needs and current situation
  • Support pillar in terms of KPIs/Targets achievements
  • Support pillar in terms of KAIs (Key Activity Indicator) execution
  • Support in Internal claims analysis
  • Ensure proper SPC application

We believe you have

  • Diploma or technical education in Quality/ Food Safety/ Statistical/ Chemical function;
  • Basic Operational skills: test methods and routines for all processes (printing, coating, finishing, raw material)
  • Japanese language capabilities at Native level and English language capabilities at Business level
