Job Summary

私たちのプロダクト・デベロップメント・センター（PDC）は、新しいアイデアを形にする「イノベーションの拠点」です。
新製品や新プロセス、新しいカテゴリーの開発・テストを通して、ビジネスの成長を支えています。

PDC御殿場は、世界12か所にあるプロダクト・デベロップメント・センターのひとつ。
乳製品、飲料、植物由来製品、JNSD、FS&N、食品など、さまざまな分野に対応できる加工・包装設備を備えています。
特に、液状食品の開発に強みを持つ柔軟なパイロットプラントで、製品やレシピ、製造プロセスの評価、加工・包装ソリューションの検証や最適化を行っています。

勤務地：静岡県 御殿場市（PDC御殿場）

What you will do

今回のポジションは、PDCスペシャリストとして活躍していただく方を募集しています。
お客様向けの製品トライアル（試作・テスト）を行うパイロットプラントで、プロジェクトリーダーをサポートするポジションです。

具体的には：

  • お客様との事前打ち合わせ（要件のヒアリング）
  • トライアルに向けた設備準備
  • 設備の操作・トライアル実行
  • プロセス、包装、インダストリアルエンジニアリング視点での技術サポート
  • トライアルレポート作成のサポート
  • トライアル後のお客様へのフィードバック


また、PDC内の設備管理（準備・運転・メンテナンス）や、
5Sを含む現場管理、トライアルプロジェクトの円滑な進行サポートもお任せします。

レポートライン：カスタマー・エクスペリエンス・マネージャー

最先端の設備を使いながら、実際に製品づくりの現場でお客様と一緒にアイデアを形にしていく、やりがいのあるポジションです。

We believe you have

必須経験：

  • 日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：日常会話レベル
  • 機械設備の保守・メンテナンス等の親和性がある業務経験（3年以上）


歓迎条件：

  • プロセス開発やプロセス条件の検討・評価に携わったご経験
  • 製品管理や設備管理のご経験
  • 食品安全や衛生設計、食品業界の基準・慣行・規制について、基礎的な知識をお持ちの方
  • 栄養関連産業や原材料に関する基本的な理解がある方
