Job Summary
What you will do
1. At component level, research, develop and followup technical solutions, take into consideration theinterfaces with other functions (sealing, aseptic, hygienic, creasing, cutting, slitting, etc.), build theawareness of how the design contributes to the overall performance of the system (rigs, module,distribution equipment, filling machine, converting line, package), to meet given specifications at lowestcost and highest commonality, securing patent protection when applicable. It has to be according toTechnical Corporate Standard (TCS) processes, methods and legal demands.None coordination activity is requested.
2. Simulate the dynamic/kinematics behaviours of the designed component to predict the lifetimeperformance by means of defined concepts and models of the functions.
3. Design and document finalized components according to engineering best practice, to satisfy the givenspecification: define the right material, manufacturing process to satisfy the required production cost,serviceability, lifetime and legal requirements. Outputs are Cad model, assembly and detail drawings, billof material, technical report.
4. Support other activity members before final design released: verification and validation activity: support toidentify the primary attributes of the designed component (ref. Verification and validation engineer),technical manual activity (ref. technical editor).
5. Actively pursue knowledge of new ideas, technologies, components and working methods.
We believe you have
0-2 years of experience, little work experience, need to further develop competence by performing structured work assignements and to build knowledge of the organisation, processes and customers. Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures as theoretical knowledge and still requires formal training related to the following skills areas:
- Mechanical Design - Advanced Virtual Engineering - Machine Material Interaction
Fluency in Japanese and business-level English are required
