Job Summary
We are seeking a Manager Issue Resolution who will be responsible for drives and/or support actions and initiatives on quality methods and tools, in order to support the resolution of quality issues and enable the deployment of the organisation's quality plan.
Working location: Gotemba, Tokyo
What you will do
As our Manager Issue Resolution will do:
- Drive actions to improve quality maturity
- Drive continuous improvement actions
- Participate to Quality Governance
- Followup on deployment of quality plan
- Deploy group quality methodologies and tools e.g. PSM, WCM6. Lead/support issue resolution activities
We believe you have
- 5 years experience in Quality Management (focus on PSM)
- Project Management TP products and services knowledge Change Management Project Management Collaboration Quality methodologies and tools Result orientation
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
