Maintenance Technician

Tetra Pak is looking for a Maintenance Technician who works on equipment maintenance including breakdown maintenance Maintain the machines as per AM/ PM logs. You will ensure proper equipment work during the shift and correct anomalies in case of breakdown as well as perform preventive and corrective activities at equipment according to maintenance plans under the supervision of Maintenance Engineer.

This is permanent role based in Gotemba, Japan.

What you will do

 

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

  • Follow production safety rules. Work according to existing Procedures/ Standards
  • Receive and sort Spare Parts, Consumables/ Supplies as per SOP and 5S standards
  • Participate in regular Preventive Maintenance
  • Maintain MDM request. Base on Requests update Equipment tree in SAP
  • Works according to existing procedures/ Standards and Maintenance process
  • Attend to breakdowns onsite ensuring a rapid response and that plant equipment and machine breakdown time is minimised
  • Participate as a member in Maintenance Team

We believe you have

  • Fresh Technical formation or Diploma in Engineering/ Maintenance or 2-3 years’ experience in Maintenance/Spare Parts.
  • SAP basic knowledge WCM skills for breakdown/ Anomaly analysis 
  • Experience and skills in identifying Root Cause and develop countermeasures to address
  • Machine technical knowledge
  • Production process knowledge is preferred
