Job Summary

The owners of the job use their understanding of science and engineering and their technical leadership abilities to solve technical problems, lead and execute the engineering tasks.The owners of the job are engineers who make advances in science technology, engineering or capability that result in new and/or improved equipment, materials, packages, systems and processes.The owners of the job works under supervision, performs tasks of low complexityandcoordination, receive moderatelevel of guidance and direction. The owners has a certain expertise but still acquiring higher level knowledge and skillsThe owners of the job  share  knowledge in processes and/or applications in a specific technology area., or apply  knowledge of particular field of specialization to the completion of assignments.

What you will do

1. Build and share leading expertise in one or more specific competencies in a DandE relevant competence area.

2. Technical scouting – Be aware of external expertise and solution providers within relevant competence area.

3. Develop innovative solutions based on technical specifications in the relevant competence area.

4. Translate market, cost and technical requirements into technical specifications.

5. Validate and document with calculations and detailed analysis the above solutions in Development Reports.

6. Advise TP organization (MCs, Bas, and field) on specific technical subjects, current solutions and project timelines.

7. Act as tutor and share competence knowledge in the relevant competence areas within TP.

8. Build, maintain and drive internal and external competence networks.

9. Technical cooperation with suppliers and other partners.

We believe you have

0-2 years of experience, little work experience, need to further develop competence by performing structured work assignements and to build knowledge of the organisation, processes and customers. Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures as theoretical knowledge and still requires formal training related to the following skills areas:

- Aseptic - Sealing - Filling, Forming - In Line Plastic Molding - Food System Interaction - Mechanical Design - Systems Engineering - Verification & Validation - Advanced Virtual Engineering - Machine Material Interaction
