Job Summary
The owners of the job use their understanding of science and engineering and their technical leadership abilities to solve technical problems, lead and execute the engineering tasks.The owners of the job are engineers who make advances in science technology, engineering or capability that result in new and/or improved equipment, materials, packages, systems and processes.The owners of the job works under supervision, performs tasks of low complexityandcoordination, receive moderatelevel of guidance and direction. The owners has a certain expertise but still acquiring higher level knowledge and skillsThe owners of the job share knowledge in processes and/or applications in a specific technology area., or apply knowledge of particular field of specialization to the completion of assignments.
What you will do
1. Build and share leading expertise in one or more specific competencies in a DandE relevant competence area.
2. Develop innovative solutions based on technical specifications in the relevant competence area.
3. Translate market, cost and technical requirements into technical specifications.
4. Validate and document with calculations and detailed analysis the above solutions in Development Reports.
5. Technical discussion with Technical Product Owner (TPO) and Sub System Owner (SSO) in the product review meeting.
6. Lead technical discussion and activities by collaboration with local Market Company (MC) colleagues.
We believe you have
We are seeking candidates with 0–2 years of experience, who are in the early stages of their engineering career. You will be expected to grow your competence through structured assignments and build a solid understanding of our organization, processes, and customers.
You should have basic theoretical knowledge of engineering concepts, practices, and procedures, and be open to receiving formal training in the following areas:
- Aseptic technology
- Sealing
- Filling and forming
- In-line plastic molding
- Food system interaction
- Mechanical design
- Systems engineering
- Verification & validation
- Advanced virtual engineering
- Machine-material interaction
