Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Quality Assurance Engineer that will be responsible for maintaining quality systems and data and provide analysis for improving quality of production.


This position will be based in Gornji Milanovac, Serbia and will report to the Quality Assurance Manager.

Please note that this is a temporary position until the end of 2026.

What you will do

  • Improve the system for defect waste eradication
  • Use Statistical Process Control and improve process capability
  • Incoming control of raw materials, and raw materials claim handling
  • Ensure application of Tetra Pak specifications and standard test methods
  • Organize and follow semi-finished and final products control
  • Drive Customers’ Claims analysis and improvement actions implementation
  • Take part in different projects and Total Plant Maintenance (TPM)
  • Development and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems

We believe you have

  • University degree of any of technical science faculty (Master is not mandatory)
  • Fluency in English and Serbian
  • Experience in area of Quality Management, SPC, or TPM would be an advantage.

You have a strong ability to learn and interest in developing yourself. You have a proactive mindset and a strong drive. Furthermore, you are a dynamic person with good communication and problem-solving skills.
