Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Network Security Analyst to join our Infrastructure Services team. This role is key to ensuring secure, reliable, and optimized network operations across our Operations Technology (OT) environment.
You will play a critical role in supporting network security, resolving complex incidents, and driving continuous improvement in network design, performance, and automation.

This is a permanent position located in Gornji Milanovac, Serbia.

What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day support for OT Network operations
  • Act as an escalation point for network-related incidents (Tier 2 & Tier 3 support)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking and security issues
  • Recommend network designs, technologies, and configurations to improve: 
    • Security
    • Performance
    • Automation
    • Cost efficiency
  • Support project delivery and implementation activities
  • Participate in problem management and service improvement initiatives
  • Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing

We believe you have

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in network design, implementation, and maintenance
  • Strong expertise in:
    • TCP/IP networking
    • Cisco technologies (routing, switching, wireless)
    • Ethernet and VLAN technologies (VLANs, trunking, VTP, Spanning Tree)
    • DNS, DHCP, NAT
  • Hands-on experience with network security technologies, including:
    • Cisco ASA & Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW)
    • IPS (e.g., Sourcefire)
    • VPN & IPSEC
    • Access control lists and firewall analysis tools
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Solid documentation and technical writing ability
  • Customer- and service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones
  • Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Collaborative team player

  • CCNA certification
  • CCNP certification
  • Cisco CyberOps Associate
  • CCNP Security
