Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Design Technician to join our dynamic team!
This role offers an exciting opportunity to transform customer artwork and intent into production-ready files, striking the best possible balance between customer preferences and printing capabilities, while ensuring compliance with Tetra Pak specifications.
Your responsibilities will include converting customer artwork files into production-ready formats and contributing to design and repro processes. You will also participate in improvement initiatives within the Repro Hub.
This is a temporary position, based in Gornji Milanovac.

What you will do

  • Convert customer artwork files into files ready for customer approval and production.
  • Execute and support repro processes, following agreed instructions and operational procedures.
  • Support the design management process to ensure seamless delivery and compliance with Tetra Pak standards.
  • Actively participate in improvement activities within the Repro Hub.

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or relevant professional experience.
  • Candidates with strong motivation and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in graphical software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is required.
  • Experience with Esko editors is considered an advantage.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to follow procedures and deliver high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Serbian and English, both written and verbal.
