Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Repro Coordinators and Design Technicians to join our team!
Whether you bring years of experience or are eager to learn and grow, this role offers an exciting opportunity to transform customer artwork and intent into production-ready files, striking the best possible balance between customer preferences and printing capabilities, while ensuring compliance with Tetra Pak specifications. Your responsibilities will include converting customer artwork files into production-ready formats, supporting the Customer Service and Design team with graphical expertise, and contributing to design and repro processes. You will also participate in improvement initiatives within the Repro Hub.
What you will do
- Convert customer artwork files into files ready for customer approval and production.
- Execute and support repro processes, following agreed instructions and operational procedures.
- Support the design management process to ensure seamless delivery and compliance with Tetra Pak standards.
- Actively participate in improvement activities within the Repro Hub.
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or relevant professional experience.
- Candidates with strong motivation and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- For experienced candidates: Strong knowledge of design handling, printing processes, and repro workflows.
- For those ready to learn: A willingness to grow, develop technical expertise, and adopt best practices.
- Proficiency in graphical software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is required, while experience with Esko editors is considered an advantage.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to follow procedures and deliver high-quality results.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
