Job Summary

 

We are looking for a Regional Administrative Assistant to support our office in Goiânia, Goiás. In this role, you will play a key part in integrating the regional team, ensuring effective communication and supporting local operations. Your responsibilities include office management, organizing events and travel, supporting the commercial team with contract management, and collaborating on internal and environmental initiatives.
This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable working with both traditional administrative tools and modern digital solutions.

 

This position is based in Goiânia, Goiás, Brazil.

 

Tetra Pak does not offer work visa sponsorship or relocation support.

What you will do

 

As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you will:

 

  • Manage office administrative routines (payments, meeting room scheduling, document and gift control);
  • Act as a regional communication agent, supporting internal initiatives and environmental actions;
  • Organize national and international events and travel for clients and the local team;
  • Support the commercial area in contract management (purchase, sale, and rental of machines), including notary-related activities;
  • Interact with the communications team for internal announcements and email distribution;
  • Participate in corporate events and local initiatives.

We believe you have

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English (mandatory);
  • Proven experience in administrative management and commercial support;
  • Familiarity with SAP, Excel, and Power BI (considered an advantage);
  • Proactive mindset with excellent communication skills, autonomy, and strong organizational abilities.
