Job Summary
Tetra Pak Processing delivers future-proof process and automation solutions for the production of liquid, viscous and powdered foods such as milk products, beverages, ice cream or soups and sauces. The systems and tailor-made service concepts developed by our engineers enable operators to achieve maximum efficiency, plant availability and cost-effectiveness. The variety of services ranges from individual components to ready-to-connect modules and high-tech systems to complete production plants. For projects mainly in Germany as well as in Europe, for our location in Glinde, we are looking for a
Process Engineer
As a successful candidate for this position, you will implement tailor-made technical solutions in accordance with Tetra Pak's strategy, standards and guidelines. Tools and methods for process engineering and design of plant functionality are available; the implementation of the tasks in good quality and compliance with the budget are in your hands.
An understanding of customer needs and their implementation in business opportunities is a matter of course for you. Your commitment and passion for the further development of people and companies as well as a structured way of working and striving for results are important to us.
What you will do
- Process lead in L0 - L2 projects
- Detailed engineering, dimensioning and selection of components, modules and complete plants
- Creation of engineering documents for suppliers
- Ongoing reviews during (Design Qualification, Installation Qualification, Operation Qualification, Performance Qualification)
- Creation of engineering documents according to Tetra Pak Standards (P&IDs, PFD, HRA, SRA)
- Be part of software and equipment FAT (internal and external)
- Apply Tetra Pak standard processes and tools
- Securing use of Tetra Pak standard flow components
- Ambassador for Tetra Pak Products and making a difference for the customers in comparison to the competition
We believe you have
- Successfully completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar
- 2-5 years of professional experience in mechanical and plant engineering
- Fluent in German, very good spoken and written English skills.
- Knowledge of the production of food, including production scenarios and production requirements, is an advantage
- Willingness to travel (20%)
