Service Engineer (m/f/d) 
you will, after successful training, either together in a team or independently, carry out the installation, commissioning, and regular maintenance of our packaging systems at our customers' premises.

What you will do

  • Maintenance and commissioning of machinery and equipment for the production and packaging of liquid food at our customers' premises 
  • Supporting our customers in troubleshooting the equipment
  • Cooperation with other departments and external suppliers during commissioning and troubleshooting 
  • Application of methods of systematic problem-solving 
  • Independent preparation of visit reports and commissioning protocols
  • Carry out all work in accordance with Tetra Pak standards and requirements in terms of product quality and food safety.

We believe you have

  • Several years of experience in the field of electronics or electromechanics on Tetra Pak packaging machines. Training as an industrial electronics technician, industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer, or a comparable technical training
  • At least 8 years of experience in the assembly, maintenance, and commissioning of technical systems, preferably on the Tetra Pak systems A3, TT3, TBA21
  • Strong knowledge of control and regulation technology, preferably in Tetra Pak packaging systems.
  • Knowledge in the field of control engineering is an advantage
  • Experience in customer-related work in the field is an advantage
  • IT user skills in MS Office 
  • Good English Language skills
  • A high standard of quality-conscious and independent work 
  • A goal-, result- and problem-solving-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, combined with high flexibility 
  • Customer focus
  • Weekly willingness to travel in the field
  • Independent work and hands-on mentality
  • Open communication
  • Compliance with all safety regulations
  • Class B driving licence
