About Future Talent Programme

Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in July 2023. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 24 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.

As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. You will learn and support the production department and be responsible for Process line in terms of efficient and effective running of the process. You will perform the analysis of the losses in the process and propose actions derived from analysis to improve equipment efficiency. In this role, you will monitor the result of process key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide expertise and analytical solution to machine efficiency improvements and support overall KPIs and competence in production team
You'll be based in Jurong, Singapore, reporting to the Production Manager.
The program starts on July 01 2023.
The position is based in Jurong, Singapore, Full time- Permanent role.

What you will do

As our Future Talent Programme– Process & Production Engineer you will learn about:

• Production process of packaging material, methods and routines used for the management of this operation as well as continuous improvement methodology

• Initiate, drive and participate Manufacturing Process projects

• Developp and implement best practices and solutions to improve Quality, Environment and Food safety standards

• Using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tools and methodologies to improve continuous improvement

• Imvolve in projects on SAP for exposure and understanding 

• Cross boundary learning to understand end to end business

• Liasie and work with external parties for exposure of markets, customers and network with other manufacturing locations

• Work closely with industry and process leaders to be groomed for future challenges 

• Monitor continuous feedback process to capture areas of improvement

• Participation in the live projects, enjoy the learning and celebrate the success

We believe you have

• Recently graduate in  engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Production, Mechatronics, Chemical, Industrial, Printing, Plastics, Polymer, Material sciences).

• Passionate about production and process improvement 

• Having an internship experience in production / process / manufacturing would be highly advanage. 

• Adventurous and fast learner and should be able to come out with analysis on every situation.

• Team player and understand the meaning of TEAM

• Love to cross the boundaries and think out of the box

• Believe in team work and like to take the responsibilities

• English (mandatory), any additional language skill will be added advantage.
