Main Purpose of the Job

We are currently looking for a Resourcing Process Manager to be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Process Manager, (Resourcing) is responsible for the service delivery within the resourcing process and is responsible for leading and developing the team. The role is a member of the HR Service Centre management team ( could be combined with more than one service centre)as well as the local process driver of the Resourcing  process. Resourcing Process Manager is responsible of the delegation of local and global process within the team.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Enable overall successful service delivery for the HR Service Center to the clients

2. Secure high level of quality and efficient service delivery for relevant process area

3. Contribute to global agenda and secure successful local implementation

4. Drive local process performance improvements activities such as Process Reviews and continous improvement activities

5. Lead and develop the team and ensure their collaboration with other teams and suppliers

6. Plan implementation and drive Change Management incl. process and tools training and communication

7. Ensure compliance to company policies, guidelines as well as local legislations

Critical Experience

At least 5 years of relevant working experience in recruiting and Leading Recruitment teams

**Financial understanding and result driven (Business Acumen)

**Understanding client segmentation, its importance, clients' needs

**Broad knowledge of industry and market best practices

**Proficiency in project management, service and consulting skills

**SLA knowledge

**Proven data management/analysis skills at least 3 years - in particular in recruiting

Key Outputs and Measurements

Follow up of Process KPIs in the Resourcing process;  compliance with Global and Local policy and procedures; drive improvements projects in local processes ; Drive gap analysis and resolution (as is vs. should be); participation and contribution to the global forum of LPD's; Aim high client satisfaction in service delivery

Minimum Education

University Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
