Job Summary

 

We are looking to hire a new addition to our Production Team to define and develop operational production standards. As a Printing& Prepress  Process Engineer you will assist the Process Leader Team in optimising, coordinating and controlling the organisation of teams, machines, equipment and technologies to ensure that products comply with production standards and customer requirements. The position is based in Dijon, France. 

What you will do

 

  • Governs the process and production tool parameters (implementation, maintenance, etc.)
  • Participates in the analysis of customer complaints
  • Participates in the Daily Management System of the Process (analysis of malfunctions and losses, implementation of corrective actions, follow-up of trigger points...)
  • Ensures the availability of human resources (week sheets) to ensure machine productivity
  • Participates in the development of Process investments, carries them out with Early Equipment Management, monitors or manages tests in his sector
  • Stays within the process budget
  • Supports WCM pillars for deployments and implementation of actions from Teams (WCM)
  • Transposes Group standards and benchmarks to the Group's other plants (WCM)
  • Participates in the autonomous development (AM) of production teams (WCM)
  • Optimizes production sequences and shutdowns in collaboration with the Production Planning and the Process Maintenance Method Technician
  • Keeps all the process equipment in perfect working order in collaboration with Maintenance (Maintenance Method Technician)

We believe you have

 

  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, maintenance, or industrial engineering
  • BSc in Industrial Engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communicational skills in English and French
  • Autonomy
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Time Management, good sense to urgency, 
  • Process control
  • Dynamic, capable, reliable and productive approach
