Warehouse Process Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Process Coordinator to join our wonderful team. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities for two warehouses. This includes receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, and maintaining accurate records.
This position reports to the Planning & Logistics Manager.
The position is based in Denton, TX.
Tetra Pak is not considering applicants (Internal or External) who require International relocation to the United States.
What you will do
As Warehouse Process Coordinator, you will:
- Manage and maintain inventory records.
- Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the warehouse management system (SAP, OTM).
- Monitor stock levels and perform regular inventory audits.
- Schedule material deliveries with suppliers.
- Coordinate and control factory waste disposal by keeping records performing timely sales of waste.
- Drive WCM activities in the warehouses.
- Prepare and generate reports on warehouse activities and performance.
- Implement and maintain inventory procedures within the 2 warehouses (Denton, TX and Northlake, TX).
We believe you have
- A High school diploma or higher degrees, additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
- Proven experience as a warehouse administrator or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of warehouse management software and MS Office.
- WCM knowledge a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
