Job Summary
The position is located at 3300 Airport Road, Denton, TX 76207.
20% to 30% international and domestic travel required.
Telecommuting permitted 1-2 days per work week.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Coach, you will:
Apply advanced knowledge of Tetra Pak’s World Class Manufacturing (WCM) – Continuous Improvement methodology to support cluster WCM governance, secure high-quality of cross audits, and support WCM competence development within the cluster. Develop the regional audit plan in coordination with the factories. Drive process to ensure high quality execution of audits and self-audits. Lead mapping of WCM competence gaps across the region and ensure that they are addressed continuously. Drive process for trainings and trainer’s development as per needs and deliver trainings as required. Develop and maintain coaching/auditing capabilities in the region. Participate in WCM audits/self-audits as required. Drive alignment between networks in the cluster (Master Pillars and P&E). Govern the implementation of global standards and promote sharing of good practices in the cluster. Support Greenlight and JIPM award decisions/preparations. Support WCM&E Director in KPI targets setting and follow-up process. Support competence development of factory WCM Managers and Pillar Leaders. Support other regional initiatives as required. Coordinate with the regional SC WCM coach to align direction and secure collaboration.
We believe you have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of experience in TPM (Total Productive Manufacturing) or WCM (World Class Manufacturing).
Must have work experience in:
- Production processes that include inputs, outcomes, internal customers and suppliers, management systems, and procedures.
- Auditing and coaching with TPM and WCM methodologies including AS Kaizen, problem solving, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Makegame, Value Stream Mapping, and early equipment and product management.
- Facilitating training sessions.
- Manufacturing industries.
