Tetra Recart Marketing Support Manager

We offer you a world of opportunities to unfold your potential: We are now seeking a dynamic and customer focused Tetra Recart Solutions Market Support Manager.
This hybrid position is permanent and full-time, ideally based in our Tetra Pak office in Denton, US. We may be open to other locations in the US.
You will be travelling up to 25% of your time.
Tetra Pak is not considering applicants (Internal or External) who require International relocation to the United States.  

What you will do

 

  • Analyse the marketplace (competition, customers, and consumers) to identify relevant trends and dynamics in the assigned categories.
  • Support in developing our Canned Food category strategy in line with Tetra Pak ambitions.
  • Support customers and internal stakeholders with data, insights, presentations, materials, and run joint marketing activities with customers.
  • Support marketing and communication activities with the local team.
  • Give input to the external communications organisation and support creation of communications assets.

We believe you have

 

  • Market knowledge (consumers, channels, trade,...) and experience with food categories (tomato, beans & vegetables, soups and ready meals, pet food, etc...). 
  • In-depth knowledge of the US Food Industry.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, any additional language would be a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. MBA considered a plus.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in Marketing & Communication B2B and/or B2C; FMCG experience a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel & PowerPoint.
  • To be successful in this position you need to have strong analytical and strategic skills with high personal drive and result orientation.
  • You’re able to create effective professional relationships on different levels, and establish a trustful interaction with customers.
  • You have good leadership and influencing skills, a well-rounded business outlook and value chain expertise. 
  • You are able to engage with people on all levels in a natural and collaborative way.
  • You have strong communication skills, equally adaptable in written/verbal communication and presentation situations.
  • As a person, you are dynamic, structured, and have a creative mind. You are a self-driven person that looks for opportunities and naturally brings good energy to the teams and people you work with.
