Job Summary

 

System Support Associate

Position reports to Tetra Pak office at 3300 Airport Road, Denton, TX 76207, but will work at vairous unanticipated work locations throughout the U.S.
80% Domestic and international travel required.
Telecommuting permitted based on business needs.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position. 

What you will do

 

As a System Support Associate, you will:

 

Complete field test projects, providing support for the launch of new filling and distribution equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered with the automation distribution equipment. Provide feedback to client companies on equipment operation. Ensure accuracy of information in the machine database. Participate in regulatory filings for new machine systems. Monitor released improvements, optional kits, and development steps. Participate in equipment installations. Support field tests for equipment and performance improvements. Maintain updated documentation related to Tetra Pak's proprietary equipment and systems.

We believe you have

 

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Automation Engineering, and 6 years of experience in the food industry. In the alternative, will accept a 
Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or Automation Engineering, and 4 years of experience in the food industry.


Must also have work experience with:


1.    4 years secondary package, cap, and straw application equipment; 
2.    TwinCAT and Cognex Insight software; 
3.    PLC programing and Rockwell Automation; 
4.    Electrical, Mechanical, Neumatic, and Hydraulic Systems troubleshooting; 
5.    Preventive and corrective maintenance; 
6.    Issue analysis and Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving Methodology; and 
7.    Establishing network with global organizations.
