Sustainability Intern - Denton

 

The Tetra Pak Internship Program is your pass to the professional world, offering you hands-on experience and valuable networking opportunities. You will experience real situations in the corporate world and develop on a personal and professional level. Upon joining our team, you will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare you to put your full potential into action.

 

This position is based in Denton, TX.

 

Duration: May 19, 2025 - August 15, 2025 (Full-time) 

 

Salary Range: $21-$24 / hour

 
The duration of the Internship Program depends on the position, as specified below.

What you will do

 

As a Sustainability Intern, you will be part of the Sustainability team that works on various projects to improve the carton recycling and access rate through the Carton Council group, as well as work with Tetra Pak customers to address sustainability questions. 

 

As a Sustainability Intern, you will:

 

  • Attend customer and third-party meetings
  • Help the sustainability team with customer presentation creation
  • Work on data analysis/reporting
  • Assist with Life cycle assessment (LCA) information analysis and presentation creation, etc.

We believe you have

 

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor studies. Suggested majors: Environmental Science, Sustainability, ESG, Environmental Policy, etc.
  • A high interest in sustainability matters, packaging, and recycling.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, ppt, Word).
  • Availability to work Full time during summer.
