Job Summary
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be pivotal for Tetra Pak services by leading a team of professionals within service operation that share a passion for delivering technical support to processing equipment and filling lines. You will be responsible for managing a part of the Service organization. This individual will ensure Tetra Pak provides our customers with a high quality of services, and that all issues are dealt with in the most effective and satisfactory way both for the customer and Tetra Pak.
The Service Delivery Manager will help develop key field personnel.
The position is based in US.
This role requires up to 75% travel to customer sites across the U.S. and Canada.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As Delivery Manager / Technical Service Manager, you will:
- Conduct and manage project implementations of sold advance agreement contract.
- Oversee on-site activities in alignment with the contract execution plan.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding plans and any changes.
- Acquiring project team and lead the team through project execution.
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate contract performance to ensure compliance and success.
- Collaborate with customers to define roles and responsibilities and ensure timely execution.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards during on-site activities.
- Conduct risk management across technical, financial, procurement, legal, OHS, and commercial areas.
- Analyze on-site activities and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Report progress and escalate issues to the management team when necessary.
- Control project scope, cost, schedule, risks, quality, and procurement processes.
- Facilitate operational meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage resources and provide performance feedback to team members.
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Food Science, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience as a project team member utilizing PMI methodology.
- Hands-on experience in multiple project phases, including planning, budget control, schedule management, risk management, supplier coordination, and contingency planning (highly desirable).
- PMP Certification is required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced English proficiency; Spanish is considered an additional advantage.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build and lead teams while being an effective team player.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay Equity
Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual performance bonus, competitive benefits, and work-related allowances.
Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $100,100.00– $128,500.00.
Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 10% of ABS.
