Senior Sales Manager – Aseptic Packaging
Be a pivotal member of our business by partnering with our customers to drive sustainable, mutual growth.
We are now seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Sales Manager – Aseptic Packaging to develop and drive the execution of the strategic growth plan aligned to Tetra Pak and the customer's business objectives. In this position, you will be seeking new business opportunities with both prospective and existing customers, looking to convert and expand the aseptic carton business. By finding the right customer opportunity in the market, you will have access and exposure to the full portfolio of Tetra Pak offerings in order to meet competitive requirements and deliver a strong value proposition to win new business.
You will also work on cross-functional sales teams to build strong customer relationships and achieve sustainable growth by identifying and capturing short-, medium- and long-term business opportunities.
This position is preferably based in Denton, TX, but we are open to other US locations with Tetra Pak offices.
You will be travelling up to 50% of your time to our customer sites.
Tetra Pak is not considering applicants (Internal or External) who require International relocation to the United States.
What you will do
As Senior Sales Manager for Aseptic Packaging, you will:
- Prospect for new Contract Manufacturers in the US and Canadian Market in alternative packaging formats filling food and beverage products.
- Support existing customers on growth and support needs
- Agree on shared objectives and targets with the customer. Ensure the support team is driving Tetra Pak’s value proposition for the customer.
- Seek mutual wins for both new and existing customers. Identify customer needs and drive opportunities in line with Tetra Pak‘s business strategy, category, portfolio, processing, and Services plans. Both internal to Tetra Pak and External to the customer; define, review and drive activities to bring Return on Investment (ROI) business cases that overlap for mutual gain.
- Ensure that where relevant, retail and processing are involved, and actions are aligned. Support Services Account Manager and other Service Products roles in driving the sales of service products. Engage all team members and the customer in joint value creation and quantification.
- Drive Customer Satisfaction and Partnership improvements according to global process. Ensure that Customer Feedback actions are included in the Account Plan actions section. Drive resolution of customer issues, including Cross Boundary issues.
- Secure accurate Sales Forecasting for assigned Accounts. Ensure that Accounts Receivable expectations are met for the Account.
- Drive execution of sales targets for packaging solutions and processing.
- Act as the key driver for Account activities by coordinating cross-functional efforts and ensuring alignment with customer needs. You’ll support the development of team competencies, share best practices, and promote continuous improvement in Account Management. While you’ll lead initiatives and foster collaboration, this role does not include direct people management.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage opportunity pipeline and company tools for reporting on account performance and resource demands
We believe you have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Engineering is required
- Significant years of experience in Account Management or Business Development or significant B2B corporate sales, ideally in the CPG, fMCG or Food & Beverage industries
- Ability to deal naturally with challenging stakeholders and work cross-functionally in a seamless fashion
- Demonstrable skills in Value Selling, Account Management
- You should:

- Be fluent in speaking and writing English, Spanish is a plus
Pay Equity
Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual performance bonus, competitive benefits, and work-related allowances.
- Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $124,800 - $196,000
- Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 18% of ABS
