Internship Program 2027
The Tetra Pak Internship Program is your pass to the professional world, offering you hands-on experience and valuable networking opportunities. You will experience real situations in the corporate world and develop on a personal and professional level. Upon joining our team, you will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare you to put your full potential into action.
We are offering one (1) different internship focused on Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) based in Denton, TX.
Salary Range: $22-$25 / hour
The duration of the Internship Program depends on the position, as specified below.

What you will do
Occupational Health and Safety Intern
Duration: Short-term (May 31, 2027 - November 19, 2027) Full-time until mid-August, then part-time max. 20 hours/week
- Assist with workplace incident investigations by gathering information, documenting findings, and supporting corrective action follow-up.
- Support Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) audits, inspections, and compliance activities across the organization.
- Help manage OHS administrative tasks, including training assignments, risk assessments, action item tracking, and documentation updates.
- Contribute to safety awareness initiatives and programs that promote a strong culture of health and safety.
- Assist with monitoring and reporting safety metrics, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with employees and stakeholders to support safe work practices in both office and remote work environments.

You'll gain experience promoting a positive safety culture through communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving, even when team members are not physically on-site.
