Marketing Manager - Operational Accounts

 

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to work in the most exciting and dynamic consumer market in the world (United States & Canada) supporting some of our most important customers by leveraging on our consumer and market knowledge to define and explore business opportunities with them.

 

The position is based in Denton, TX reporting to the Marketing Director.

What you will do

 

As a Marketing Manager, you will: 

 

  • Lead a team of 4 to cover important accounts in different categories.
  • Define the investment and prioritization plan for the operational, transactional and emerging brands accounts, together with the commercial director.
  • Support execution of account development plans / marketing and product.
  • Ensure strategic alignment with our customers on market and product strategies.
  • Build marketing and investment strategic alignment with customers.
  • Drive Market Support ROI (Return on Investment).
  • Drive deployment of Tetra Pak products/ solutions.
  • Drive sustainability and shelf stable messaging.
  • Identify market opportunities and convert into customers’ sales growth.
  • Build specific category and product growth strategies.
  • Support the Market Growth Roadmap and strategic processes (planning and execution).
  • Lead assigned Sales Plays and coordinate lead generation activities with the digital marketing champion.

We believe you have

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management. 
  • At least 7 years working experience in marketing (marketing at Tetra Pak is desirable).
  • Strategic vision.
  • Strong business and marketing understanding.
  • High Self-motivation and drive.
  • Solid Leadership Skills.
  • A positive attitude, being patient, self-initiated, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Fluent English skills, written and spoken (Spanish and French are desirable).
