Internship Program 2027
As part of the Tetra Pak Internship Program, you'll gain hands-on experience through meaningful projects that contribute to our purpose of making food safe and available, everywhere. We are offering five (5) different internships focused on Marketing based in Denton, TX:
Duration
4x Summer only: May 31, 2027 – August 13, 2027 (full-time: 40 hours/week)
1x Long-term (11 months): May 31, 2027 – April 28, 2028 (Full-time until August 13, then part-time max. 20 hours/week)
Start Date for all internships: May 31, 2027
Salary Range: $22-$25/hour
As a Marketing team at Tetra Pak, we act as strategic marketing consultants for our customers and prospects. We support them in maximizing the performance of their current product portfolios while also driving innovation through the development and launch of new flavors, formats, and products. In addition, we work closely with the Sales team to identify growth opportunities and deliver value to our customers. Our approach is highly collaborative, partnering with cross-functional teams such as Business & Analytics (B&A), Marketing Services, and others.
All marketing internships are hybrid with the requirement to be onsite in our Denton office 3 days per week (during the full-time summer internship). Regular office hours are from 8AM to 5PM.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas, relocation, or housing for these positions.
100128 – Marketing Intern

Duration: 3 months: May 31, 2027 – August 13, 2027 (full-time: 40 hours/week)
What you will do
As marketing intern, you will learn how B2B Marketing works at Tetra Pak. You will learn how we drive sustainable, profitable growth by uncovering opportunities and leading strategic innovation to elevate how we partner with our customers, while prioritizing value creation for Tetra Pak.
As Marketing Intern, you will:
- Support marketing campaigns by helping create content, coordinate timelines, and track performance for product promotions and brand initiatives.
- Create Business Insights and Analytics reporting and analysis.
- Assist with market research on competitors, customer needs, industry trends, and packaging innovations to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, product development, design, and operations) to ensure consistent brand messaging and smooth project execution.
- Contribute to marketing materials such as internal and external presentations and product sheets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Create mockups and order packaging design
We will provide training in a variety of tools such as Circana, Mintel, Branding, etc. as needed.
We believe you have
- Suggested majors: Ideally Marketing, but we will also consider Business Administration, Advertising, Public Relations, Brand Management, Marketing Research, Business Insights and Analytics, Psychology.
- High team orientation
- Proactivity and self-starter mentality
- Eagerness to learn and contribute
- Some knowledge of marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Sales Force) preferred but not necessary
- Availability of working onsite for 8 hours a day (40 hours/week) during the summer (part-time up to 20 hours/week during the school year).
- Graduation must be after the internship has ended
